Can we visit without a membership?
Single visits are available for purchase at the door. They are 20chf per child.
As of what age do we need a membership?
A membership or single entrance fee is required to visit the playroom.
Start a membership for your child - and enjoy the playroom as of birth!
Younger siblings must have their own membership as of 6 months.
How many times can I visit the playroom?
The playroom is open Tuesday to Sunday!
School Holidays will be observed and a change in opening times will be published.
Why is the Playroom closed on Monday Afternoons?
On Monday afternoons, kjz Uster will hold their Mother & Father Support Group every 2nd and 4th monday of the month from 14:00 bis 16:00 - This counseling / support service is open to the public - and all are welcome - NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED
The kjz Uster provides parents with professional counselors to support you with any questions about the development, care, nutrition and upbringing of your baby or toddler.

Will the Playroom be open during holidays?
The Playroom will be open during school holidays - should we adjust the opening hours we will be sure to announce well in advance.
The playroom will only close should the cafe be closed.
Can I leave my child while I run errands?
No, the playroom is not a child minding service. Children under the age of 3 must be accompanied by an adult. We ask that parents are on site at all times, for they are responsible for their safety and well-being.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancelling your membership can be done at anytime online in your member portal. Simply click on “manage my membership”
