The daughter of multi-lingual Swiss parents, I was raised in a language rich environment here in the Zurich area. My interest in cooking began at a young age – exploring in the kitchen alongside my mother and creating potions in the garden. After receiving my Matura from the College of Art and Design in Zurich, I returned to my true calling through studies at the Cordon Bleu School in Paris, and an Apprenticeship position in the kitchen of Club zu Geduld in Winterthur. Since my graduation as one of the top 3 Chefs in the Canton of Zurich in the class of 2013, I have explored many areas of the profession, working at various restaurants and as a recipe developer for a cooking magazine. In 2016 I was overjoyed with the arrival of my daughter. As a member of the Loose Moose Family Center and Coffee Shop team, I can join the two joys of my life: motherhood and cooking! It is wonderful to develop healthy, nutritious, and delightful treats for the tiny patrons of the Loose Moose Coffee Shop.
