I have been practicing yoga, primarily Ashtanga und Hatha, since 1996 and recently received my certification as a yoga teacher. Ashtanga, a dynamic, clearly structured form of yoga with a meditative flow of movement, offered a welcome alternative to my previous, intense dance training, from which I retired when dancing became part of my job – not on stage but backstage.

I am the mother of three wonderful children aged 9, 11, and 13. My main occupations are Cultural Manager, PR manager, teacher, and mother.

To me, yoga provides an important counterbalance to my stressful everyday life. It helps me decelerate and is an important source of energy. This experience I would also like to share with our children, in a life that gets ever faster and more stressful.
