I first discovered yoga 15 years ago. Since the holistic nature of yoga, which brings together body, spirit, and soul, appealed to me right away, I decided to share my newly gained energy, happiness, and quality of life with other people. After four years of study, in 2016 I received the diploma of yoga teacher BDY/EYU from one of the most renowned European YOGA academies. Since then I have constantly deepened my knowledge by participating in various training courses in breathing and meditation techniques, e.g., during a stay in India lasting several weeks.

Today, I live in Benglen, together with my husband and our two children. As a nature-loving family person, I spend much time outdoors with our labrador retriever, finding renewed energy for every-day life.

It is very important to me to have an open mind when interacting with human beings, animals, and the environment.
